The car has a lot of body roll. Not advised for high speeds (Exceeding 130 kph) on motor ways. From what it seems the traction aids are a necessity for the car. However, overall the car is probably the most durable unit in its segment.
I am currently using ativ x and the car has only driven 20000 in the past 2 years but the interior is squeaking and the exterior chrome is rusting. Highy disappointed with the quality of the car
I encountered the same thing, where the chrome logo on the back and front started rusting. Very disappointing. I had a 2017 Corolla and this never happened to it
I also have an ativ x CVT and I agree with your point that the interior quality is a bit compromised but the exterior of the car is good. I live near to the sea so I had taken into account rusting initially when buying the car but have never found any rust in the exterior, rust is also dependent on how well the car is maintained and is taken care of. Recently I had a trip to China border from Karachi and no problems occurred and it was a smooth drive.
it doesn’t have anything to do with the mileage of your car cause obviously your car is always out there so doesnt matter if its being driven or not, but yes Toyota has really cut down on the quality for the past few years which was people preferred over Honda

I have Yaris 1.3 Ativ 2022 only 25000 km driven (bought it zero meter), i am disappointed with its fuel average it hardly gives 10-11 km/litre and is very under powered vehicle. It has suspension issues. Who ever will buy it he will regret.Honestly speaking i will suggest people to rethink 100 times before buying Yaris. Even Suzuki Swift is far better then this car (Switched from Swift 2016 to Yaris 2022).
