Am 50 and developed hyperthyroid which is opposite of Hashimoto and doctor has made me go through radiotherapy which will make go towards Hashimoto. I have always been a gym gal, so to hear that you have it, motivates me. I tell myself if Krissy can do it, I can too ❤️ You are my gym idol, love you lots 🥰

Such good timing! I just today figured out that I haven't made any progress in a year in the gym 🥹 I broke my wrist in the beginning of the year and after that I've practically been stuck on the same weights, even though I was thinking I was doing progressive overload 😅 From now on I will focus more on intensity, since I really want to progress!

Thank you so much for this video as a petite lady I have struggled with results for the last couple years. Things really started to plateau for me the last almost year due to me finding out that I have osteoarthritis not to mention I am in menopause there’s always that lol I’m ready to get back on my grind again. I do love the breakdown of this video. I already eat pretty good when it comes to protein what not it’s just the actual workouts that I think I need to intense to see better results.i def need to set some goals again for my fitness journey. Thanks again for the video appreciate it.
