What if the spots if new york that we see is actually the dark place we see in AW2 being infected by the hiss. We've seen Jesse intersect with the dark place and the hiss leaking in could be why we see spots with that dark place mold but in places with a warm hue like from the desert place that the Hiss and Polaris came from. Do you guys think its the oldest house leaking into actual New York or the Hiss "worming" into another dimension to skirt containment and get into the real world through the dark place or is it something else entirely?

this makes me believe Control 2 will be set in parts of the oldest house and parts outside in new york kinda like alan wake 2.
