I really love your work. As a Mass Communication graduate, part of my dream has always been to document our indigenous heritage and your channel has given me more reason to. I have been following you for a while now. Keep up the amazing work. We see your sweat and we feel your passion. ♥️ From 🇧🇼
If only I were just as fortunate as these young ladies, but either way I'm grateful for them having this opportunity. It is something worth celebrating 💯
I miss my childhood, I remember when we were kids we would ask for rain and if it did stop we would ask for it to stop and it would do as we asked. I didn't understand why we were told to do that. Aha moment
This is a beautiful ceremony.. I haven't heard of such a ceremony in the tswana culture.. I would for my daughter and son to one day participate in such.. I see there is knowledge we never had an opportunity to experience and learn. Thokozani.. Lesedi le kganye
New year is on the first day of the first month depicted by the star Syris. Which appear on September. Now the new moon is on the 25th of September 2022.are u celebrating the new year today?
It is a libation. It is a way of making special effort to remember the ones that come before us and to remember the stories of their lives, and to use this gesture as a means of passing this information and feeling to future generations. This is what i've been able to understand so far. is there anything else i could learn? Anyone who knows more is most welcome reply and edify!
