Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they have browned slightly on the outside. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for another minute or two, allowing the flavors to meld together. Hello Monique! Your videos are so relaxing and soothing. Also I just want to thank you for that recommendation on the fava bean tofu. I prepared tofu scramble with stew tomato’s , onions and garlic . Some season salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and curry powder. It was delicious. And I had toast on gluten free bread. For now on I will purchase fava bean tofu. Great recommendation.

What type of Tofu are you using, it looks more textured, I use the Korean gochujang chili paste on everything just about it’s so versatile for different sauces! I eat meat but not as often especially red meat I cant digest it bc I didn’t grow up with meat any meat. We couldn’t get it. That was a good video. I didn’t fall asleep. Thank you

It is Fava Bean tofu by Big Mountain, but you can use any tofu you like. The recipe is in the pinned comment at the top of this comment section 😊.
