You don't need to deactivate it if fiverr didn't disable your account. But you can open another account if you wish.
If you want to create a Nigeria account you'll need to follow all the steps and try changing your country to Nigeria when adding your institution and when adding your phone number.

You need to check your network connection. Once your network is poor, the VPN will be disconnected and once is disconnected. Fiverr will track you down.
So, make sure you have a good and stable connection.
