Usually mid-morning to early afternoon in North America hours, or whether one of the admins/moderators announces an event in the redsun discord server

raiden's player count is all over the place, depends on the gamemode and if people are constantly voting to change map since they don't like gamemode X, Y or Z. your best bet is probably saturday and sundays.
