Bethany probably DID survived because in one of the secret scenes of Season 8 (all episodes), we can hear a child hiding inside of a blanket when the special camera agent entered the room. And that child is most likely Bethany (the one who maybe survived), and the special camera agent adopted her or atleast took care of her because she's one of the last remaining humans.
You can go rewatch the skibidi multiverse Season 8 (all episodes) and the timestamp is at 20:08 (Even at the start of the secret scene, we could see that the special camera agent had a nightmare about C-pen killing the humans)

Just incase you missed my analysis, or rather theory on season 8, i basically think that the cameras have lives outside of war, or atleast Instagram, and he was dreaming about when he was being transformed into a cameraman. And maybe, after male-07 transformed, he somehow delievered a messege to Android-17, telling him where it is. It probably was an anonymous messege, so thats why Android-17 wasn’t wary about where it came from. Male-07 did this because he probably knew that C-Pen would kill all the villagers. Including his daughter, however, i believe that after that currently, he feels awful. Because he believes her to be dead, but if she is under the blanket, then that will start an insane arc That theory might be a bit of a stretch, but let me know what you guys think :)
