Wow. This animation is really good and easy to learn from with the defined arcs and cool camera agangles and perspectives, it fits well with the simplistic characters design and of course the light from the lightsabers are amazing too, I had to slow it down to 0.25 speed to get a feel for it , I hope Disney dose more Star Wars animations

As an animator, its probably because theres a lot of static frames (frames where the characters are barely moving)
Thats really it, and even then its more of an artstyle choice so i dont get why its "low quality" to some either
