Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - Review

I was really looking forward to the Avatar game and I wasn't expecting much. Yet Ubisoft managed to lower my expectations even lower than I would have bet. You wouldn't believe how much of a below average title I just played.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora held all the cards and, at least from our perspective, squandered them all. This reskinned Far Cry is literally a gallery of mediocrity that is a reflection of the current three-pack production stuck in the past decade. The Snowdrop engine does help to cover up some visible flaws, but when there's a lack of polished plot, filler, and actual gameplay, sooner or later players will figure it out.
So while Frontiers of Pandora may not rank among the worst games in the world, it is definitely one of those games that will soon be forgotten with all the mediocrity.
