There have been many immigration and also people moving from East Canada and BC / Vancouver. Due to the housing Crisis. Believe Calgary is going to be a very steady economy in the approaching 10-15 years. with a good chance of doubling prices by the 15th year. Believe this is true as I personally work on energy development projects and there are many projects that Alberta will be engaged in to reduce carbon emissions. Additionally, as there were many projects on hold due to 2019, there are at least 4 years of work that is behind (at lease in Energy Sector projects) I have subscribed, please continue to make excellent videos like this! thank you! Good advice. I'd add that assignment sales are not carried on the MLS system, only by individual agents, so the buyer needs to be plugged into an agent or several agents who are active in this business.
