Sometimes I feel we observe any product that's made in India more critically than a foreign brand. We tend to forget that Indian products are way ahead in terms of quality features innovation specifics than it was a decade ago. On the other hand, the foreign brands don't serve Indian customers the same quality and features that they serve abroad. Tata, TVS, Bajaj, Hero etc are quite good but we still buy foreign brands without comparing them to Indian brands. Unless we support, trust and buy our own domestic products how can we grow?
I have the same variant. My drives mostly consist of 60 to 70% on highways and rest in City.. It's yet to get its first service. 519 kms driven so far.. 13 litres of petrol filled including first 1.5 ltr filled when scooty is delivered. It has 2 bars left so around 2.5 ltr left in tank.. which gives average around 50.. it shows 56 right now on the instrument cluster.. I had it reset accidentally at around 200 kms.. at that time also it showed around 53.. So pretty good experience so far with the mileage.. I apply brakes whenever absolutely necessary.. I don't rash drive which is my natural driving style..
Yes a lot of it depends upon driving style. Frequent acceleration and braking eventually puts a toll on mileage and scooty parts like engine and break pads..
You experience would help others to answer some of their questions.
Hey can you put some light on some of the issues reported like fuel leakage, engine start issue, battery issue, and build quality issue?

We have jupiter 125. Mileage is 40kmpl. This mileage after vehicle has completed 2000km just last week. 2 services also done. 1 more issue with bike is fuel will leak from front fuel inlet which is very annoying , petrol pump person need to be very careful while filling the tank. Starts to give fuel empty warning even 2.5 to 3litre petrol is present in tank
Buddy you definitely need to get your scooty checked at service centre.
Same i have bought on 9/9/2022 at 1.18lac. i have achieved 58kmpl maximum. Average is 52kmpl.

What difference did you felt in access 125 & Honda 125 compared to Jupiter 125
I bought a TVS Jupiter 125 CC a year ago and it is having starting problem since then. The battery will completely drain if we don’t use the scooter for 3 to 5 days and the scooter will not start using Kicker also. We must remove the battery (it is not easy to remove the battery), charge it and connect it back to make it work.
TVS service Center is claiming that it is a normal behaviour for a BS6 Engine to drain the Battery so fast.
TVS service Center is also claiming that the TVS Jupiter 125 CC scooter has lot of sensors, and it will be consuming the battery even when the scooter is in 100% powered off state. I would like to know if these statements are correct, Can someone kindly clarify it ?
Note: I have been trying to get answer for these questions from TVS management or from TVS Engineering team for last one week but no one is ready to talk to me apart from the customer center folks who doesn’t have answer for these questions.
I highly recommend not to buy TVS Brand scooters. I am tired of owning it.

Past 2.6 yrs my Jupiter 125 gives mileage of kms 65 in long drive & City drive kms 55 at a speed of 60 in Highway & city ride is usual & kms driven is 40000kms, simply superb

You might have to tip toe a bit during traffic stops but scooty is absolutely ok for your height. But I would suggest you to go for a test ride and experience it firsthand.
Could you talk about fuel filling? Whether there is any issue while filling the petrol at the pump. Whether the petrol leaks from the footboard ?
Hi no such problems faced as of now. I always go for Tank full when the last bar remains/starts blinking. This is to keep a notice of actual fuel economy and to determine of any fluctuations which could be because of leakage or engine issues. But will update if any such thing happens.

Also purely in terms of ride and handling is it better to go with Jupiter 125 or is Jupiter 110 on par ?
Finish wise the quality seems good, there are no gaps as such between pannels but you can obviously see at few places where separate pannels meet but nothing that feels cheap. Paint quality is also nice. In my opinion 125cc has many good things going in it's favour that justifies stretching the budget a little.
@@vaibhav_naik uneven panels were there in the Honda Grazia when I bought it one year ago. Was so surprised for a Honda scooter and that too their most expensive one at that time to have this.
For fuel fill you should be conscious while doing full tank.. Pump auto cutoff will not work, so it may split out.. So while filling we should ask fill slowly and when full you ask to stop

Nothing so far, luckily never had to get any part repaired. Auto engine off was something that at times didn't work but the service centre fixed that probably by software updates. So far all going great.

RayZR mileage is 57-63kmpl.
Jupiter mileage is 45-50kmpl.

How is the suspension bro? Seems it has fitted with MIG shock absorber. I'm confused to purchase whether Jupiter 125 or NTORQ 125 XT. I need to travel from Electronic City to Whitefield for office. I am looking for best suspension scooter.
Suspension is good and rear suspension is adjustable. But i would suggest to have a test ride and do cover 4-5kms just to confirm your use case.
Sir double swari me is scooter ka pick up kasa hai long drive me, koi vibration/koi awaj to nahi karti, ya load mangti ho, or isme total kitna petrol dalta hai, or kitna reserve me rahta hai
Mai ye Maan ke chal rha hoon ki double safari se aap 2 logon ki baat Kar rhe na ki trippling. So 2 logo ke saath aapna thoda to difference maloom pad jaega pickup me but problem nhi hogi. Aap test ride le skte ho best option hai. Baaki ek baar thodi bhi speed pakad li to mast chalti hai. Petrol last bar blink hone par around 1.6 litre bachta hai. Vibration high speed pe aate hai thode but koi khaas issue nhi lagta.

Hi 😀for short to medium distance it should be all good. In fact scooty ki seat jaada broad hoti hai to within city kaafi comfortable hoti hai. Baaki long distances ka Mai jaada aapko idea nhi de skta. Haan ye jarur hai ki Chahe bike ho ya car long distance me aapko back me pain hoga hi. Beech beech me breaks le Lena chahiye to kaafi sahi rehta hai.
Bhai one more thing..aise mobile pouch se scooty ke front me headlight ke paas skretches ni padhte bcz pouch ke clips to move hote rehte honge na bumps vgerh pe..to scooty body pe skretches nd all?
Scratches bottom portion me hi aenge jo ki jaada visible nhi hota wo bhi regular use se but agar jarurat ho to uske lie simple hacks use Kar skte like us portion me white tape use karlena. Aur bhi creative ways soch skte hain

+ point Jupitar 125 Cc Vehicle 90 % Metal body hai like Activa ye + point Hai & very smooth engine, chala ne may maza aata hai, 👌👌

Honda Activa old model is the best vehicle, & up to 3 G is the best, After 3 G all Honda Activa is fail, specially 6 G is the worst vehical, This is my opinion!

@@dilipsanghvi2744 initially it was not present,later everyone start complaining about it. So company included it. But kick only works on low battery,not completely down battery. The suggestion is if your scooter doesn't start on first try of self ,then wait for 2 minutes and try again. If second time also fails then use kick. If you try self again and again for more than 5 times , their is a chance of battery low. In my observations the battery in Jupiter 125 is small ,just 4ah whereas in other scooters those are little bigger in Ah. Also it has used tata battery which is not having good opinion in the market,instead they have used Exide ,amaron

Hi I can't comment on the yamaha but I am so far satisfied with jupiter 125.. it checks all the boxes in my requirement list

Have you felt any vibration issue so far? I bought this yesterday, driven 40 KM, but feeling little vibration in my leg.
Clocked 800 Kms, Felt the same and reported to the authorised service centre about the issue, but the issue remained unsolved as service people claim that fuel motor is right under footrest so it is the reason for these vibration
No nothing out of the ordinary that I felt.. vibrations are there but as expected...
Feeling vibration in seat, handle and footboard between 25 to 40 kmph speed.

Got the new smart connect varient yesterday and facimg vibration issues in handle and mirrors while accelerating.
Is it normal in all jupiter 125?
Some vibration is there, but it reduces a bit post initial services.

I have heard that 5 days scooty nahi chalayi toh battery low ya self start nahi hoti hai ek baar try karoo ?
last month maine 10 din baat self start se direct try kara tha start ho gyi thi. Baaki correct practice kick start use krna hai after 5-6 days. And 5-6 months pehle after 20 days no usage kick start se bhi chal gyi thi.

Hi so far I did not have any major issues, tvs has been producing good vehicles from quite some time. I would suggest you to check some locals in your area to see how it's performing.

Yes I always calculate on my own by getting Tank full and then dividing the difference in kms by the fuel amount..usually I am getting 46-50 depending upon usage like short distances in traffic everyday vs longer distance ,pillion etc..
