    What is the purpose of doing shoulder press if your are using ur knees to bounce it from shoulders? Lower the weight if you can't do it with proper form.

      Sorry it’s not shoulder press , it’s Push Press- excellent barbell exercise for athletes. It build your upper body explosiveness, increase core strength, stability and shoulder strength. Basically it’s a weight lifting and CrossFit exercises pattern. When the knee is fixed then it’s called Strict Press in our CrossFit term. Next time I’ll upload my Strict Press video . Thanks you 🙏

    Technique is not correct for standing Shoulder press to build muscle. This is okay for strength of joints . His body says it all

      Sorry to say it’s not shoulder press , it’s Push Press for weightlifting and CrossFit pattern. It’s not bodybuilding type exercises. Please check it on Google or YT also , then you can understand the difference between shoulder press and Push press
