  • look at all rubber hoses that attach to heating sensors to see if they're corroded or cracked can snip the end of the tube off or replace easily. Clean off flame sensor with very light grade sandpaper or sand cloth usually wil fix the problem.

    The rubber hose attached to the fan that goes down in the black switch is the pressure switch I believe but if any of that hose is cracked you left the clip the ends or replace the whole hose.

      You are 100% right, I clean the igniter, lame sensor,but my heater still on and off, and I check the rubber hose attached from the fan go down to the black switch, replace new rubber hose, turn on and the heater works perfectly.Thank a lots, have a really nice day.

    Your video had me check the hose. It was clogged with something. Pushed it out and now no more short cycles! Seriously thankful because the funds aren't really there to hire a HVAC pro in this economy!
    Everyone else is al about the flame sensor... You're a g!

    mine done same thing, but a dead bird was in the exhaust pipe going out of the inducer motor up and out of the roof, it was in the first pipe attached to the exghust exit of motor

    • @bopitbull3957
      @bopitbull3957  6 месяцев назад

      I understand when I took my pipe off it was literally had like a pencil hole in it it had so much carbon buildup and take it all out and dig it out and clean it and how to put the same one back on it's insane how it still works with a small hole finally it would shut off I get it. I'm big on putting screen over the top of chimneys and all exhaust pipes on my roof.

    Good Job!! Back in the day when automobiles had lots of vacuum lines that operated things this same thing usta happen. Small cracks that were hard to see in brittle vacuum lines made the vehicle run bad because they would throw off the fuel to air ratio. Same fix. Snip off the bad part and reattach

      I know I was doing the video and I was drawing a blank that's awesome I just now remembered it was so long ago. It's alright someone that's just died in a needle understand it's a simple snap and pop it back on thank you though I'm at home improvement I'm not a professional heating and cooling person but I can tear down a furnace and put it back together just about anything so I apologize I just try to throw video end to help someone do a quick little attempt to get something going cuz something as simple as that they'll understand thank you

      @@jessiecannon617 just look up what kind of hose needed for the pressure switch on your furnace. In a pinch I would just use the same hoses on my fish aquarium. I swear it's no different then my fish aquarium hose. But it gets really hot so it could be I don't know. It would be simple just to go to a Lowe's or home Depot or an Ace hardware where someone can help you and say I need to get hose for my furnace pressure switch they'll help you find the right hose. It's springtime turn your furnace off for an hour pop the hose off take it in Tullahoma that goes to they'll find the right hose I would go to an Ace hardware or something like that where you can find someone that can help you. Home Depot gone downhill not that they ever had the best customer service in the store but just look it up. You can probably order it off Amazon I don't know. I'm going to have to look for some myself because I've just been nipping ends off mine for so long. You just get a piece it's a little bit longer so you can kind of leave it around so it's safe like the one that you have now. So you always have extra cuz the ends get hot and wear and you're going to have to clip them off down the road. Listen I'm just a straight-up handyman I'm not a specialist on this but I can find out by tomorrow and I'll try to get back to you but it should be easy you can probably find it on your phone.

    If that rubber tube has a droop that can hold water, that can cause the issue, as well. I shortened the hose, on mine, so it had no droop, problem solved in 5 min.
