I refused a job in Luxembourg for the cost of living issue. Although earning almost double than in my homecountry, housing rent would have been also double. But for me most importantly: buying is impossible: a small apartment is 600.000 + Also much longer working hours. I don’t see a better work life balance and no future if I can't save a little bit on the side. Counting only on the pension is a risk and you need to live until then a little bit of a fulfilling life

Some body leaving Africa or Dubai to Luxembourg to hustle will not regret. Those unsatisfied now made savings and can return home
