  • This is Oslo Opera House, home to the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet. It is one of Oslo’s top tourist attractions. Read more: www.lifeinnorway.net/oslo-ope...
When it opened in 2008, the striking building stood alone as a symbol of Oslo’s new waterfront. In recent years, it has been joined by a new library, the Munch museum and a whole new business and residential district.
The roof of the building angles down to ground level, creating a large public plaza that invites pedestrians to walk up and enjoy the panoramic views of Oslo.

You can walk into the foyer if that's what you mean. For concerts you'll need a paid ticket.
