Their bad energy (esp when in silent scheming mode) will cause physical problems- hormonal issues, chronic fatigue type symptoms, etc. If you seem to have energy when they aren’t around and many symptoms and health manifestations resolve by being away from them, then there’s a good chance you’re indeed an empath. Being in the environment of bad energy- you feel heavy, weighed down, depressed, irritable, fatigued, tense, sense of impending doom, unmotivated... Being in neutral or good energy- you feel lighter, you can smile and laugh, motivated, hopeful, creative, energized, alive. 😌
I had never felt like that in my life until my last girlfriend. My gut was in pain like ive never had in my life. I was so emotionally drained... I became so depressed i thought i was going to die. Bad energy... I couldnt make out why i was feeling like that. Then i had dreams constantly that she was texting another guy, i could see the text but could not read them because it was blurred. reocurring dreams that was giving me signs. I found out it was true.
Pray for me everyone. I just blocked him on FB and my personal cell phone. I just ended the cycle of abuse. I must be strong now💪🏽. Finally think I’m ready to move on with my life. In Jesus name Amen 🙏🏾💜
advice from my own exprices with normail persons if narc gives you silent treatment think clearly is narc trying to punish you for something you never did to them or narc lost his fake personily narc is always showing you but give narc his own silent treatment don't go and talk to narc about your feelings just clear your thouhts and start new by blocking narc on your phone/facebook pages emails don't waite for narc to change just trying to move on prenting like you never mete them before
Same here.I think they sit back trying to find a new way to get in.Just like Satan.The bible says resist the devil & he will flee.But he will come back again using a different person or the same person just with a new plan to take u down.I try to stay prayed up & keep learning more so I grow & never allow a narc into my life again.
This just happen to me 2 weeks ago. He was caught on BS and lying. And that was the last time I talked to him.. I'm hurting, tired ,and very emotional. I wasted 10 years, now it time for me to move out his way.

I don’t think my mother realizes that I love it when she gives me the silent treatment. It comes out of the blue for no good reason. She hates that I got away, and that I have learned to not react to her madness.

Everything they loved about you is what they use against you. My personality. "Youre too friendly, you're too nice, you're too likeable." My body. "You just wear those pants to show off." "Why you have to go out looking all good? You want attention?" My hobbies: "You just want to show off." "You talk to guys at the gym" "You just want hang out with your friends and not with me." My education: "youre gonna find someone smarter" "you think your smart" My career: "your co workers flirt with you dont they." "How did you lease so many apartments? Are you flirting with guys to get them to rent." Etc..etc. Fuck that dysfunctional jealous shit. He seemed to want to help people just to get recognition.

I've been no contact from my ex narc for going on 3 weeks now. I'm starting to feel more free and less binded to my ex. I've been educating myself since March but couldn't let go for the longest. He tried to reach out and hoover me last week. I ignored and was actually proud of myself for not responding. Tha no k you Dr for your videos and guidance through this hard time in my life. Its getting easier each day that passes.

It amuses him that you can't quit calling and texting. It makes him feel good and you're feeding his need for supply. And just when you start to not think about him every second, he'll start calling you. Just to keep you strung out on his ass. I have made watching videos like these my new obsession. Everytime I think about him, I watch another video. Also I think back to the many times I was on the floor using my arms and hands to guard my face from his hands. And begging him to please not hit me anymore. And through watching these videos I know now that if I was to go back it will only get worse. And I can't afford another worse. Because the next time I will be in the hospital or in the morgue. I know I'm gonna go eventually. I refuse for it to be by his hand. I was with a mid-range Covert for 23 years. As he aged he did move more towards Cerebral. He died of Covid this year so that was my Silent Treatment. It's amazing how much I've grown and changed both mentally and physically.

Yeah he wasn't cheating because I spent all my time with him. But he definitely was entertaining conversations with other supplies while we were still together
So was mine. My ex went so far to have THREE different phones. I only knew about one. Which he said was his work phone..And at times it appeared that he was living double life.
I'm sitting here with the narc and I can tell he's thinking of how to get me to react. I've been watching him and I've learned a little how not to react. You are right they are cunning and manipulative.
The Ex used to give me the silent treatment for years until a year ago I turned the tables around and haven't spoken for almost a year I am desperately trying to leave this horrible man who changed me so much over the years but, I am claiming me back and never ever want to back peddle with the lying scumbag.
Once I realized what the silent treatment might mean I eventually looked forward to them. I would have all the time to use my creativity and do whatever else I pleased especially with the children. That left him more frustrated and I suppose he hated me all the more for it.
Ugh, nasty pieces of work, my ex would do the silent treatment for days then suddenly act like nothing happened. It drove me crazy so towards the end, I did it to him, completely ignored him and he’d stop the abuse for a while. Also, when I didn’t reply to him, he’d do everything to get me to be “nice.” At least,it gave me some peace
I actually helped my Narc get her Masters degree due to my knowledge in certain areas she was weak in. However, I was blind to who she was in that regard concerning her being a Narc. We both are talkers but she would dominate the conversation. I was strong with the written word and found that very beneficial with what turned out to be a war of wits. I hated what was happening and perplexed where this battle was coming from. In the later part of the relationship I came across the term gaslighting and that struck an ahh haa moment. Question were beginning to be answered and I started to understand the situation I was in. The whole situation broke my.heart because the narc had a child in which I was instrumental in her development. The.dog took time for me to embrace because I don't fancy small dogs. However, the dynamic in the family unit gradually became very toxic.... I returned home after 7 years.and my hand was forced to slam the door on her. I can't put the whole scenario in a better context because it's complexities- only to say- goodbye to her. It's been over 2 years and not a word. I do speak with her mother from time to time concerning my dad but neverna word about the Narc. Is the mom a " flying monkey"? Dont know I did have reservations on keeping contact with the daughter and the mom but over two years there has been no inquires on the well being from anyone concerning her. She treated her family bad as well... My slamming the door on her after my discard said volumes but it cost me a large sum of money owed to me. It didnt matter.... My sanity and peace of mind was in the balance. Caring for my dad in his 80s and struggling with Alheimers gave me the fortitude to say enough is enough.
It is psychological warfare with these people! But once you change up your game, figure it out, you can anticipate what they are going to do. So it becomes so much easier often times comical when you change up your game plan and let the good times roll! They don’t know what to do with themselves! And it’s funny!🤗

One of my coworkers is like that. I trusted her the most because she was very kind, caring and helpful. That’s how she portrayed herself. She’s silent now and I know she is planning a game. She just needed a favor from me. She betrayed my trust, deceived me, lied to me several times. She thinks the earth revolves around her. And everything should be done her way. She is the most dominating and controlling person. She degrades everybody. And is always concerned about me and my family. She keeps asking me hope you and your family are doing well.
Be careful. Those people are not safe. Lie about everything to them. Never give them any info about anything. I learned that off of another u tube....keep them guessing.

I was married to a man and knew it was wrong, yet I loved him. We had 2 children. It took me 24 years to finally figure out a way to leave and yet I was terrified. I finally did and filed for divorce and of course, all hell broke loose. anyway, it's been 16 years and I have finally realized what had happened to me thanks to videos like yours. Thank you by the way. I do suffer from major depression and PTSD, however, I am striving to be the person I truly am. I've had to do this on my own, with help from videos like yours and finally I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for being there!
This was so powerful that just listening to it gave me physical nausea. It’s sickening to realize that I’ve attracted nothing but narcs. The very thing I ran from as a child which was having a mother who was a malignant narcissistic... and not properly dealing with this firsthand trauma led me to attract more& in some instances worse. Even though I’m years away from my last bad relationship, it’s still a painful reality. 😣 I suggest that anyone who’s carrying baggage from childhood issues, please get help. Dr. Bryant you nailed it! We have been divorced for 3 years and the one who he cheated on me with for over 4 years ( who according to him is more supportive) end up marrying someone else within a year and a half. Go figure.
He also pretended to care that I had mail (when he always sent my mail back as “no longer lives here”), I call him my new mailman. I got a camera to catch him but I’m not answering. He leaves it under my door. 🤦🏽♀️

Thank you Dr Bryant. I finally understand why my ex narc went silent. Only after I went NO CONTACT. I stood up for myself and did not respond to his abuse anymore after 25 years. He was baffled and had no comebacks. I realize now that I hurt him. Hr wenr away likr a wounded animal. I had never seen that in him before. He finally understands he doesn't affect me anymore! I am healing FINALLY! Your videos are inspiring and I gain a lot of knowledge. I still struggle at times because I decided to walk away from that relationship and now I dont Feel like I have anybody to support me, like a partner. It hurts that my life didn't go as I planned. But I am EXTREMELY HAPPY that I was able to brake away from that Narc. He caused extreme pain physically and emotionally for both me and my children. I would've killed myself if I stayed in that. I caused my guy major narcissist injury, I rejected him, got in a blowout fight with him. Told him he would grow old alone, which he fears tremendously. I've gone no contact, it's a struggle sometimes, good days, bad days. If I'd known what/how he really was I'd never have been with him to begin with. He reeled me in and in my opinion I made it far to easy. Lessons learned cause us to grow, so with all the narcissistic people I've endured in my life, I must be huge by now, LOL

Thank you Dr. Bryant for breaking down the differences between coaching and counceling and the benefits each one gives. This helps us manage our expectations as well as it helped me to understand, I need counceling first. What’s deep is I took myself out of trauma state because I don’t feel those overwhelming addictive feelings that I felt when I first went nc last yr. However, I went back four times since then, the abuse was worse and I still kept going back. I still suffered from PTSD when I first came out had no help and no support and was still with the narc off and on during this time. Been with them for five yrs and still struggling to move forward. Never dealt with what I discovered was the issues in the first place and never dealt with all the trauma. But because I wasn’t feeling some of the same feelings I felt I was good. Wow!!!! Trauma really is something and we equate it to feelings and emotions vs our pathological decisions, choices and psychological barriers! I’m so grateful I heard you speak today I was truly deceived about being cool just needing some supports. Thank you for helping us to understand what we need and the why! I’ll be reaching out for counceling or suggestions today like rite now!
My narcissist mom always gave me the silent treatment, drove me crazy. when I ended things with my ex narc, I got the silent treatment, I expected him to try and work things out or something, after 2 weeks of nothing so I love bombed him, still no reaction,I can’t believe I did that, his no response proves that I caused a severe narcissist injury or he’s satisfied with his new supply, I feel like such a derp, I was behaving in the way I did as a child to my mother so I am back to no contact and watching more videos like yours Dr Bryant, I now see why I gravitate towards narcissists in romantic relationships because I had a mother and a brother who were both narcissists, thank you for keeping us informed with your videos and educating ourselves
You are absolutely correct I realized that I could do a lot of damage to the narcissist by not reacting and giving them straight up silence every time they were trying to gaslight me manipulate me I gave them zero reaction. What happened was this confused the narcissist because they thought they knew me they thought they had me figured out and for sure this was going to trigger me but it didn't work.

I live in N. Ireland. My daughter-in-law is exactly what you have described as a narcissist, classic, got it right down to the silent treatment. Because I have been blanking her she decided to make up a Facebook page purporting to be me. My daughter alerted me and it was reported and taken down. Every time my son and I get close, off she goes. I've got it now. Before I would cry and wonder what I had done wrong, well the answer is nothing. They live very close and I won't lie and say it isn't hard but blanking them has brought me so much peace. Great talk thank you.
Dr. Carmen you are sooooo on point, what happens when it’s your adult child? He and I have always been very close, as a child he felt rejection from his father (who lived in the house with us) but he never felt love from his dad. So me being his mother I tried to make up for the lack of attention from his father. My son the narcissist is very intelligent and handsome I thought that I was speaking into him and lifting him up when I would tell him how intelligent and handsome he is. He hated his dad and sister, but he adored me (at least I thought that he did). Well he had a child, I love that baby with everything in me he became jealous of my relationship with the baby he didn’t want me to hold the baby, he started being mean to me. The babies mother went thru post pardon depression after the baby was born, he then started having an affair with someone else and moved out of the house. Because I wouldn’t turn my back on the babies mother who was going thru depression and cut all ties with her he cussed me completely out!!! told me “F you I told you what would happen if you went against me” i felt like I was having a heart attack. I went to the hospital but thank God no heart attack, it’s been over a year since I’ve spoken to him. He has aligned himself with people in the family that he knows I don’t care for, I love and miss my child very much but I can’t do this with him so I’m trying to education myself on this condition so that I will know how to handle him. My son's father has been in prison for about a year and a half or two and he's got two or three more years to go and my son refers to him as the bad dad my son has great discernment of spirit at only 6 years old. And he is doing the silent treatment from prison LOL so pathetic! No letters no phone calls and nothing LOL but I'm glad I don't want to hear from him I don't want any manipulation from prison from anywhere from him it's all empty promises put Downs and Bs. I think that happened to me when I was younger. The next morning my friends did not believe me when I told them I did not take any drugs, but two guys came to me at the party and tried to put something in my mouth by grabbing my head and pushed me backwards. After that I started to lose strength to stand on my legs and could not walk dance anything I just sat on a couch, well more like laying. The next day I told my friends and they laughed at me that I took a pill myself. A couple of years later I left the friendgroup behind.

The best thing to do is to NOT respond to anything they do. Use the law if you need to hold them accountable and uphold your boundaries. I stayed no contact throughout his stalking, hoovering, smear campaign, and tampering with my car. Just leave them alone so that they can eventually move on.
Dr. Carmen Bryant - Overcoming narcissist abuse my ex is a malignant narcissist. I’m just saying it’s best for people to stop engaging if they’re able to. Just like u said. Stop responding. I had to stop engaging him and use the law to force him to leave me alone and the case is still not over. He has had an ankle monitor on now for almost 6 months so he can be monitored. He’s still going thru court and this all started after I discarded him in April 2019. I’ve been dealing with courts and police since May 2019 when I went complete no contact. But I’m much more peaceful now that I’m not in his line of fire anymore and I don’t deal with him whatsoever.
@@toniwilliams9817 Over 3 years no contact non-stop stalking for over 3 years breaking into my home and car and stealing...he stole important documents...jewelry and clothing..last entry October 2 stole electronic equipment...even taking clothing I wore from my clothes basket...tried everything put cameras he broke them...obsessed and possessed...system is horrible they told me I cannot get a restraining order without picture of him entering my home!

Met a Narc online a while back, he came off as really confident and love bombed me in between passive aggressive behaviour but thank God I was on to him from day one. Turns out he's really insecure and preys on women for money and his lifeline. The final straw came when I caught him in a lie and asked for a one week break(he totally wasn't expecting that and honestly I was glad I got a chance to get away from him) after the week he came back trying to manipulate again and that's when he got the door slam. He's been silent ever since. I wonder what bullshit he's swimming in.
This is true. They dont all cheat. Both my ex's are narcissists. The first was too controlling and unhealthily obsessed with me to cheat. The second was cheating and its the reason I ended it. The whole situation awakened me to the fact that he was abusing me. He denied it and gaslighted me when I confronted him. Then became aggressive and verbally abusive when I wouldnt back down. The second he saw me packing my bags he started "crying" as a manipulative tactic to stop me leaving. I fell for it and stayed...only to see him revert back to his usual behaviour. He began "love bombing" for 24 hours and then switched back to blaming me for confronting him, accusing me of not trusting him etc. Then he started a smear campaign calling his friends to play the victim and complain about how I was "creating stress for him and accusing him of cheating" he told them I was "selfish" and whole bunch of lies. This is when I understood that I was dealing with a narcissist and ended it.
Best video yet on my experiences from last year to current. After the second discard last May she did her best to get me in legal trouble that didn't happen. I figured, she's hone for good. Then in Feb the hoovers started at my local gym. After a couple of weeks she finally yelled at me to stop coming there, which I wasnt going to do. Then she was gone for a couple of months only to pop back again this time observing my interactions with people I'm now friends with there. Finally she broke the ice with a normal conversation so I responded accordingly. After a few weeks she made a point to rip on me last year stating if it wasnt for her I'd be in jail so dont make her regret that decision. At that point I decided enough and walked away ignoring her there for a week. She eventually asked to talk to me stating my actions bothered her and she wanted to be friends. For the next few weeks she has never been that nice. Having a gf going on a year I finally told her it was wrong we were talking and it needed to stop. She once again played the I hope we can be friends and talk there of which I said let's see. That was three weeks ago and after that conversation I havent seen her there once! I figure she got new supply thus doesnt need me. I still changed up my schedule there so if she does show up less chance of any interaction but I have to admit after all that work to get me back in to disappear like that is really weird. One side not, she moved 45 minutes from me to 10 blocks away thus not hard for her to be in my neighborhood if the situation presents itself. Up until last year I had no idea on any of this and always something new with her. I really wish it would just stop so I can live my life not wondering what's next
Thats amazing I didnt know I was hurting the thing I was married to for 24 years. When he would go silent and he did this crazy thing for years off and on I thought well he doesn't want to talk to me so I wont talk to him either. Best thing I could've done. It saved me from total destruction!
When you confront them and they feel exposed, they punish you with the silent treatment .

I had never felt like that in my life until my last girlfriend. My gut was in pain like ive never had in my life. I was so emotionally drained... I became so depressed i thought i was going to die. Bad energy... I couldnt make out why i was feeling like that. Then i had dreams constantly that she was texting another guy, i could see the text but could not read them because it was blurred. reocurring dreams that was giving me signs. I found out it was true.
In my case.. Severe insomnia until I'm so drained I sleep for 12 hours. It will pass but, messed myself up by sabotaging. 💥💫💥 I know whats up now.

I've been no contact from my ex narc for going on 3 weeks now. I'm starting to feel more free and less binded to my ex. I've been educating myself since March but couldn't let go for the longest. He tried to reach out and hoover me last week. I ignored and was actually proud of myself for not responding. Tha no k you Dr for your videos and guidance through this hard time in my life. Its getting easier each day that passes.

Everytime I think about him, I watch another video. Also I think back to the many times I was on the floor using my arms and hands to guard my face from his hands. And begging him to please not hit me anymore. And through watching these videos I know now that if I was to go back it will only get worse. And I can't afford another worse. Once I realized what the silent treatment might mean I eventually looked forward to them. I would have all the time to use my creativity and do whatever else I pleased especially with the children. That left him more frustrated and I suppose he hated me all the more for it.
Ugh, nasty pieces of work, my ex would do the silent treatment for days then suddenly act like nothing happened. It drove me crazy so towards the end, I did it to him, completely ignored him and he’d stop the abuse for a while.
Also, when I didn’t reply to him, he’d do everything to get me to be “nice.”

I actually helped my Narc get her Masters degree due to my knowledge in certain areas she was weak in. However, I was blind to who she was in that regard concerning her being a Narc. We both are talkers but she would dominate the conversation. I was strong with the written word and found that very beneficial with what turned out to be a war of wits. I hated what was happening and perplexed where this battle was coming from. In the later part of the relationship I came across the term gaslighting and that struck an ahh haa moment. Question were beginning to be answered and I started to understand the situation I was in.
The whole situation broke my.heart because the narc had a child in which I was instrumental in her development. The.dog took time for me to embrace because I don't fancy small dogs. However, the dynamic in the family unit gradually became very toxic....
I returned home after 7 years.and my hand was forced to slam the door on her. I can't put the whole scenario in a better context because it's complexities- only to say- goodbye to her. It's been over 2 years and not a word.
I do speak with her mother from time to time concerning my dad but neverna word about the Narc. Is the mom a " flying monkey"? Dont know
I did have reservations on keeping contact with the daughter and the mom but over two years there has been no inquires on the well being from anyone concerning her. She treated her family bad as well...
My slamming the door on her after my discard said volumes but it cost me a large sum of money owed to me. It didnt matter.... My sanity and peace of mind was in the balance. Caring for my dad in his 80s and struggling with Alheimers gave me the fortitude to say enough is enough.
It is psychological warfare with these people! But once you change up your game, figure it out, you can anticipate what they are going to do. One of my coworkers is like that. I trusted her the most because she was very kind, caring and helpful. That’s how she portrayed herself. She’s silent now and I know she is planning a game. She just needed a favor from me. She betrayed my trust, deceived me, lied to me several times. She thinks the earth revolves around her. And everything should be done her way. She is the most dominating and controlling person. She degrades everybody. And is always concerned about me and my family. She keeps asking me hope you and your family are doing well.

This was so powerful that just listening to it gave me physical nausea. It’s sickening to realize that I’ve attracted nothing but narcs. The very thing I ran from as a child which was having a mother who was a malignant narcissistic... and not properly dealing with this firsthand trauma led me to attract more& in some instances worse. Even though I’m years away from my last bad relationship, it’s still a painful reality. 😣 I suggest that anyone who’s carrying baggage from childhood issues, please get help. Don’t become your own worst enemy. Give yourself a chance to conquer this once& for all. There’s nothing like a peace of mind v/s a piece of mind. Best of wishes to all who watch this video. 💕

He was baffled and had no comebacks. I realize now that I hurt him. Hr wenr away likr a wounded animal. I had never seen that in him before. He finally understands he doesn't affect me anymore! I am healing FINALLY! Your videos are inspiring and I gain a lot of knowledge. I still struggle at times because I decided to walk away from that relationship and now I dont Feel like I have anybody to support me, like a partner. It hurts that my life didn't go as I planned. I caused my guy major narcissist injury, I rejected him, got in a blowout fight with him. Told him he would grow old alone, which he fears tremendously.
I've gone no contact, it's a struggle sometimes, good days, bad days. If I'd known what/how he really was I'd never have been with him to begin with. He reeled me in and in my opinion I made it far to easy.
Lessons learned cause us to grow, so with all the narcissistic people I've endured in my life, I must be huge by now, LOL

Thank you Dr. Bryant for breaking down the differences between coaching and counceling and the benefits each one gives. This helps us manage our expectations as well as it helped me to understand, I need counceling first. What’s deep is I took myself out of trauma state because I don’t feel those overwhelming addictive feelings that I felt when I first went nc last yr. However, I went back four times since then, the abuse was worse and I still kept going back. I still suffered from PTSD when I first came out had no help and no support and was still with the narc off and on during this time. Been with them for five yrs and still struggling to move forward. Never dealt with what I discovered was the issues in the first place and never dealt with all the trauma. But because I wasn’t feeling some of the same feelings I felt I was good. Wow!!!! Trauma really is something and we equate it to feelings and emotions vs our pathological decisions, choices and psychological barriers! I’m so grateful I heard you speak today I was truly deceived about being cool just needing some supports. Thank you for helping us to understand what we need and the why! I’ll be reaching out for counceling or suggestions today like rite now!

You are absolutely correct I realized that I could do a lot of damage to the narcissist by not reacting and giving them straight up silence every time they were trying to gaslight me manipulate me I gave them zero reaction. What happened was this confused the narcissist because they thought they knew me they thought they had me figured out and for sure this was going to trigger me but it didn't work.

I live in N. Ireland. My daughter-in-law is exactly what you have described as a narcissist, classic, got it right down to the silent treatment. Because I have been blanking her she decided to make up a Facebook page purporting to be me. My daughter alerted me and it was reported and taken down. Every time my son and I get close, off she goes. I've got it now. Before I would cry and wonder what I had done wrong, well the answer is nothing. They live very close and I won't lie and say it isn't hard but blanking them has brought me so much peace. Great talk thank you.
Dr. Carmen you are sooooo on point, what happens when it’s your adult child? He and I have always been very close, as a child he felt rejection from his father (who lived in the house with us) but he never felt love from his dad. So me being his mother I tried to make up for the lack of attention from his father. My son the narcissist is very intelligent and handsome I thought that I was speaking into him and lifting him up when I would tell him how intelligent and handsome he is. He hated his dad and sister, but he adored me (at least I thought that he did). Well he had a child, I love that baby with everything in me he became jealous of my relationship with the baby he didn’t want me to hold the baby, he started being mean to me. The babies mother went thru post pardon depression after the baby was born, he then started having an affair with someone else and moved out of the house. Because I wouldn’t turn my back on the babies mother who was going thru depression and cut all ties with her he cussed me completely out!!! told me “F you I told you what would happen if you went against me” i felt like I was having a heart attack. I went to the hospital but thank God no heart attack, it’s been over a year since I’ve spoken to him. He has aligned himself with people in the family that he knows I don’t care for, I love and miss my child very much but I can’t do this with him so I’m trying to education myself on this condition so that I will know how to handle him. Please do a video on the Narcs that will poison food and/or put drugs in your drinks!! I had it done to me at a barbecue outing just to make me look like I was crazy and could not hold myself up!
I think that happened to me when I was younger. The next morning my friends did not believe me when I told them I did not take any drugs, but two guys came to me at the party and tried to put something in my mouth by grabbing my head and pushed me backwards. After that I started to lose strength to stand on my legs and could not walk dance anything I just sat on a couch, well more like laying.
The next day I told my friends and they laughed at me that I took a pill myself.
A couple of years later I left the friendgroup behind.

The best thing to do is to NOT respond to anything they do. Use the law if you need to hold them accountable and uphold your boundaries. I stayed no contact throughout his stalking, hoovering, smear campaign, and tampering with my car. Just leave them alone so that they can eventually move on.

Dr. Carmen Bryant - Overcoming narcissist abuse my ex is a malignant narcissist. I’m just saying it’s best for people to stop engaging if they’re able to. Just like u said. Stop responding. I had to stop engaging him and use the law to force him to leave me alone and the case is still not over. He has had an ankle monitor on now for almost 6 months so he can be monitored. He’s still going thru court and this all started after I discarded him in April 2019. I’ve been dealing with courts and police since May 2019 when I went complete no contact. But I’m much more peaceful now that I’m not in his line of fire anymore and I don’t deal with him whatsoever.

@@toniwilliams9817 Over 3 years no contact non-stop stalking for over 3 years breaking into my home and car and stealing...he stole important documents...jewelry and clothing..last entry October 2 stole electronic equipment...even taking clothing I wore from my clothes basket...tried everything put cameras he broke them...obsessed and possessed...system is horrible they told me I cannot get a restraining order without picture of him entering my home!

Your child deserves better than that. Exactly like my ex but had to tell my family to talk to him so he'd get the picture to stop doing what he doing unless he actually wants to be in his child's life which he didnt anyway. All the best. 💝
Met a Narc online a while back, he came off as really confident and love bombed me in between passive aggressive behaviour but thank God I was on to him from day one. Turns out he's really insecure and preys on women for money and his lifeline. The final straw came when I caught him in a lie and asked for a one week break(he totally wasn't expecting that and honestly I was glad I got a chance to get away from him) after the week he came back trying to manipulate again and that's when he got the door slam. He's been silent ever since. I wonder what bullshit he's swimming in.

This is true. They dont all cheat. Both my ex's are narcissists. The first was too controlling and unhealthily obsessed with me to cheat. The second was cheating and its the reason I ended it. The whole situation awakened me to the fact that he was abusing me. He denied it and gaslighted me when I confronted him. Then became aggressive and verbally abusive when I wouldnt back down. The second he saw me packing my bags he started "crying" as a manipulative tactic to stop me leaving. I fell for it and stayed...only to see him revert back to his usual behaviour. He began "love bombing" for 24 hours and then switched back to blaming me for confronting him, accusing me of not trusting him etc. Then he started a smear campaign calling his friends to play the victim and complain about how I was "creating stress for him and accusing him of cheating" he told them I was "selfish" and whole bunch of lies. This is when I understood that I was dealing with a narcissist and ended it.
This immature behavior has no more power. I actually look forward to the silences and just say hello with a smile.
Best video yet on my experiences from last year to current. After the second discard last May she did her best to get me in legal trouble that didn't happen. I figured, she's hone for good. Then in Feb the hoovers started at my local gym. After a couple of weeks she finally yelled at me to stop coming there, which I wasnt going to do. Then she was gone for a couple of months only to pop back again this time observing my interactions with people I'm now friends with there. Finally she broke the ice with a normal conversation so I responded accordingly. After a few weeks she made a point to rip on me last year stating if it wasnt for her I'd be in jail so dont make her regret that decision. At that point I decided enough and walked away ignoring her there for a week. She eventually asked to talk to me stating my actions bothered her and she wanted to be friends. For the next few weeks she has never been that nice. Having a gf going on a year I finally told her it was wrong we were talking and it needed to stop. She once again played the I hope we can be friends and talk there of which I said let's see. That was three weeks ago and after that conversation I havent seen her there once! I figure she got new supply thus doesnt need me. I still changed up my schedule there so if she does show up less chance of any interaction but I have to admit after all that work to get me back in to disappear like that is really weird. One side not, she moved 45 minutes from me to 10 blocks away thus not hard for her to be in my neighborhood if the situation presents itself. Up until last year I had no idea on any of this and always something new with her. I really wish it would just stop so I can live my life not wondering what's next

I didnt know I was hurting the thing I was married to for 24 years. When he would go silent and he did this crazy thing for years off and on I thought well he doesn't want to talk to me so I wont talk to him either. Best thing I could've done. It saved me from total destruction!
