I always have a long hair so I always have to have it in a bun hairstyle. I do believe there are certain guidelines for shorter hair. Either you have it up like a ponytail or let it loose. And you can have fringes as long as the ends are above your brows.

I would recommend you wearing red lipstick. And mole is not a problem as long as you declare it.☺️

I would suggest you to opt for light neutral shade. Lighter shades of pink and brown. No shimmers.
