GBVSR Partner Visuals Removed Mod Demo

Until ArcSys or CyGames fixes the bug that prevents you from turning off partners, this could serve as an alternative for getting the partners to stop bothering you. I personally think they're fun but I understand not everyone feels that way. (Not to mention they get in the way of screenshots and UI-less footage I want to record sometimes).
