This is the fifth presentation from PROFCom 24 given by Mark Hartell of the IVR and it deals with the proposed correct use of Rear Facing Flashing Red Lamps
It also looks at the use of Amber Beacons along with White Working Lights. Some of the observations may not be popular, but are based mostly on good common sense.
