She sounds bubbly and erupting into sing-song! I'm not sure how they cook the fish head curry here in Singapore, there could be cross cultural influences in this region...

Singapore curry is similar - except I think they add tamarind & coconut milk as well. They add veggies too (as we do) which is something I left out of this recipe - ideally I should have added potatoes, peas, cauliflower etc.
