thank u for this video!!! ive struggled with polygel and using the dual forms soooo bad but this video gave me hope hehe i’m def gonna cop those nail tips! 💅🏽💞
I know I already commented, but I just rewatched this video and realized what bling gel you were using: honey, I LOVE THAT STUFF! IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I USE! And I have NEVER lost a single crystal. One little helpful hint that I learned from Long Hair Pretty Nails is right after you add your stone gel, don't cure, don't add the stones yet, just go straight on top of that wet gel with your gel topcoat, then give it a FULL CURE, keeping in mind ALL THE LAYERS OF GEL THE LIGHT HAS TO PENETRATE THROUGH, (preferably no-wipe, but I use regular ole gel top coat all the time and don't have any problems, and if it does seem a little tacky, I just dip it in some rubbing alcohol and, depending on the design, either wipe down the part with no stones with a paper towel that I put on a tooth pick to reach those deep places[it's wayyy easier than I'm making it sound!], or I just kinda dab it off on paper towel if the placement doesn't allow the other method.) But I find it gives my stones and crystals that extra umph that just just holds them on like Kung Fu grip that won't let go; besides have you tried to top coat AROUND stones/crystals?! 😡 But I learned that from LHPN, and whatever she says, is like in my nail Bible lol. You did such an amazing job here and I subscribed to your channel to see what else you've got coming! I've got a good feeling about you!💅💖😁 Ohhhh, and GIRL, THAT GEL!!!! I HAVE MADE SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ENCAPSULATED FLOWERS AND OTHER THINGS, AND IT'S ALWAYS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND TOTALLY BUBBLE FREE💖💖💅 Talk about bang for your buck!!! I am OBSESSED with it!!!!! You're the only influencer I've seen using it, and IDK why because it's SOOOO amazing!!!!! But anyways, just wanted to share that game changer with ya!,💖
You’re a gem! 💖 Thank you so much! I did lose a few stones after a few days hopefully this helps. I’ll be doing my nails later today I will definitely try this. Thanks again babe I appreciate you 💕
You mean you apply the builder gel "glue", then topcoat, and add the crystals, THEN cure, right? You said you apply the gel "glue", then topcoat, and cure them together. You didn't say when you add the crystals.
@@rebeccahetrick6576 I think what she means is go in with the gel you normally use to adhere any stones, do not cure yet, on top of that wet layer do another layer of top coat, still do not cure, add any stones, and then cure everything together taking into account its two wet layers being cured you might want to double the time of curing.
If I don’t have the rhinestone glue gel stuff can I just do another layer of clear poly gel & push the stones into the uncured poly gel then cure it? & do you put a top coat over it? Or will that take away from the shine of the stones?
If you put the polygel on thicker then you can just pop off the fake nail tip and you will have a perfect polygel nail, it will be way more perfect than using forms

do you put the poly gel under the nail or on top?? since the nails are clear it was kind of hard for me to see exactly, sorry lol! but i love how they turned out! i’m trying to get into doing my nails at home and love these videos
So you used plastic tips vs gel ones? Do they not pop off at all? Or did you find they popped up? I'm trying to decide if I really have to pay and wait for gel nails 😂
@@Celebeauti21 yay! Do you suggest roughing up the part that attaches to your actual nail bed though. I noticed some videos you do suggest that :) this is gonna save me so much time and headache lol. I'm so happy
Yessss! Sometimes I forget to mention it but I always etch the inside of the nail and apply my young nails primer! Your nails will last forever with those two steps lol 💕💕
@@Celebeauti21 does it matter if you watch the upper portion that doesn't attach to the nail itself? Sorry for so many questions my mind is blown. Thanks for being so helpful!
Hey the glitter is from Bornprettystore.com in the color burning. www.bornprettystore.com/born-pretty-bottle-chameleon-nail-polish-glitter-nail-soak-polish-p-46185.html
This is more an Apres Dupe method, with Lazy girl u do the entire design underneath the nail, sometime curing the full cover nail in between to seal the design, then u put polygel in the well of the nail and cure to attach, leaving the surface of the full coverage extension clean for the most part, unless u do stamping or design over the top, but the color and any glitter stay under the nail 💕 Just for clarification, with peace and love 🥰🙏🏼💕
I also have modelones polygel and I did all my prep (pushing back cuticles, trimming them, cleaning cuticle area efile , buffing natural nail, dehydrator, base gel) and my thumb nail fell off same day. Idk why. My feelings were hurt tho cuz I took my time and spent 2.5 hrs on my nails
I found a way to hold your nail down why curing. I purchased old school clothes pins from the dollar tree and they hold your nails down perfectly.
Omg that’s genius! I’ve been looking for a solution for that. I’m going to try that! Thanks so much girlie ❤️

Thanks! 💞
Quick question...So you keep the full nail shape on after the poly gel is cured in the light ?
You are mad good at that!!!
Love the pixie crystals
I've been using Gelish ph bonder and their dehydrator for years.
And that rhinestone glue is just a thin builder gel.
