Yes. By at alert 47 or 48 all voices start to drop in range. Just by a note or two, but the whole tone beings to go sort of lower get "thicker." So it's a blessing he still has retained that smooth tone! Also, a lot of older singers, and even opera singers will lower the key so that sing it more clearly, but here is does not deviate form his song's original key of C major. All of the great love songs are in C!
