squad is getting worse and worse everyday. thats why myself and a lot of others are switching to arma reforger. squad now-a-days is filled with people who don't listen to anything their squad leader says and run off and lone wolf. and because of that, the good squad leaders aren't squad leading anymore because their squad members weren't going to listen to them anyway.

May try moving around into different servers. I definitely seen that on some servers, but others are usually fine.

I kinda Agree, as i used to squad lead, but now i'm just chilling as an infantry or sometimes doing armor instead. yea i miss those days too..
