Great tip I was made aware of......sand down any plastic items you want to paint with chalk paint. Fine grade is good. And lightly spritz your item with water in between coats of chalk paint. It really help to stop flaking

Just a suggestion, I too have had experience with some of my clay pieces being to heavy like the rolling pin project. I found you can take aluminum foil and sculp it into the shape you want, then add your clay on that. Makes it much lighter! I love all of your projects you are so talented! I just found your channel and subscribed.❤️
