    Thanks for these series of videos. I plan to try this method on my next project. I have a question about the dado. Is it a true 3/4" and deal with the slight gap, or do you down-size it based upon your plywood (23/32")?

      Glad to hear you’re enjoying the videos.
      The dado is slightly undersized but I don’t change for each of the different “3/4” plywoods because they’re all different. So, it’s a little loose for some of them and we just deal with the gap. I think that’s better than trying to be too tight and fighting it during assembly.

    How are you fitting that dado stack on the jobsite dewalt?? Didn’t think you could go bigger than 3/8

      This is the Bosch job site saw. Seems to fit on there just fine.

      Where did you get this dado stack? Looked like a Diablo or Freud stack?

      Yeah it’s the Freud. I think I picked it up from home depot.
