We local Malaysians mostly stay bungalow,terrace house or semi-D landed house. Some will stay condos with superb facilities & olympic pool sizes. Think u haven't back to ur homeland quite some time??? The properties at Malaysia are all high quality with superb conditions.

If for rental purpose. Important is keep as simple, neat and tidy as you can and make the place gets more space to occupied more people's. Easy for cleaning and maintenance.
The 2 single bed is actually a King size bed. The king is 6 feet wide, if is just a single mattress, they might have problem transporting the mattress to you because of the size, the service lift might not fit.
Please be aware that all HDA schedules SPA is airbnb prohibited except where the building is sold as an office (under non schedule) then airbnb is enable. I know many condos or apartments are "airbnb friendly" or "used as" but general speaking, owners can imposed that airbnb by -law is prohibited and the management office will have to stick with the laws, UNLESS and UNTIL should majority of owners wanted airbnb to be there and they passed a motion to enable airbnb renting during their annual meeting.

其实你们不能说用香港一个车位的价钱买在马来西亚买了一套豪华公寓, 因为在香港车位是拿来投资的, 比如赌王 四太太就有几百个车位全是拿来投资的, 回酬率会非常高, 而且毕竟不是每个普通的香港人都有车位, 在香港有车位就等于在新加坡有拥车证那样, 但是新加坡拥车证的价钱在美国可以买到一辆Porsche Baxter ..... 用这样的比喻只能说明香港物价非常高, cost of living is high, but quality of life is not commensurate with the price you pay for .... 那是非常可悲的😢😢😢

自從三年前住過Pavilion品牌的房子，令我們一直念念不忘。
在疫情期間，我們無意中找到一個比市價便宜一點的單位，
百多萬港幣就可以擁有一套在KLCC中心連車位的一房單位662尺
(還是freehold的)，所以就馬上買入。
除了打算做投資Airbnb外，
遲點孩子長大後我們兩個還可以住在這裏作養老的房子，也不錯🤭
天公做美，剛巧移居到馬來西亞🇲🇾後兩個月就能收樓了，

關於twin beds, 看個人喜好，我就喜歡兩張單人床睡起來互不干擾，加一個kingsize 保護墊就很好看了，不影響使用，搬運也方便。

以 Airbnb 來説，拿開旁邊兩張 side table 那兩張單人床可以分開左右邊，side table 又擺回中間。方便租客選擇。
有少少唔make sense.... 虽然主打airbnb投资为主，可惜主人房俾两张单人床，有少少扣分

这种commercial purpose 的建筑物是可以做Airbnb 的，而且回酬率高达5%! 高是因为地点，这区黄金地段，附近营业商家长达一天廿小时，所以游客入住率高至十八天（60%）以上，是比店铺回酬更稳定了（网购潮流席卷、大马店铺空置率每年以倍数增长，香悖悖变成鸡肋了）！但是.若要达到2018年的8-10%.尚须等到年外国游客量两千五百万上，2023年才两千万！伟哥和Miki 与本人英雄所见略同，但，如此好康，真的，買的时候要静悄悄的，现在要租了，才能大张旗鼓的！没办法的事，这种大局观的眼界，又有风险，试过叫朋友去看，被朋友大骂，说他那两百万的店铺会赚翻，现在，这位天才供了五年，出租不到两年，三层楼只出租了两层，租金不到四千！）咱们的commercial suite, pandemic 过后依然有5%所的回酬，真的有比较好吔！

各人见解于房间2个单人床比较方便搬运于电梯或门口过不了。而双床就变king size bed. 放床褥保护套就不会有分开的感觉。😆😅

@@RobL-ej3es 拜託啦！大馬國土面積32萬平方公里，人口只有3300萬，房價所得比只有8年。想沒有房子住很難！而且，熟悉吉隆坡的人都知道，本地人大多已經搬遷到市中心外圍地區。而且，外國想要人在其他地區購房的條件，至少要一百萬起跳，這些樓房的高價錢不會對本地人有影響。

原来係 Ceylon Hill Pavilion ... 刚刚经过这里， 12 年前这还是停车场。 那时我的旧公司係你们对面。 每天这里上班， 去同善路吃午餐。 中东酒吧街那时还没有， 只是那些西餐bistro 罢了
温馨建议，门口建议按个cctv方便monitor 谁进出你的unit.我朋友找人帮忙manage Airbnb.被私用Airbnb.然后还骗说没住客。还是自己跟近点比较好

呢的Airbnb要交由管理公司中央管理，未必可以自己做，好處係坐係度等收錢，不用擔心維修清潔等問題，唔好處係管理公司食水深，你投資的錢可能係永遠也回唔到本！
