Pile 3: very accurate, same with the projections. My family is stuck in the past and I have taken a different way that is not dogmatic or “safe”. They see that as immature, egoic, etc. same with partners. But if you look at their own lives they have no leg to stand on. We are distanced because the misunderstandings are judgements that they know better. They do not know better if they do not understand me. It is bittersweet because I have tried to explain to them, bit it is two different languages.
Pile 3. I am breaking toxic and abusive patterns, this never popular. I am diagnosed with CPTSD, from growing up in this family, school and circumstances. I can forgive past mistakes, but toxic patterns is not ok.I have a lower tolerance for this now. You dont share your stories with people who fearmonger, shame, blame, project, abuse, slander and gossip .... I have started to have boundries, and and I remove myself from those who blow up in my face for it. And in families that mistakes will be rubbed in your face for a lifetime, you dont feel like sharing, or hanging out that much. I love my family, but most of them I choose to love from a distance. I am releasing the old paradigm within, then the alignement is not there with the people who cling to it, and that cling to old versions of me.

Initially I felt I was different frm everyone in my family though they loved me they never appreciated me fr anything that where siblings were done, later when I undergo spiritual awakening I realized I was the ugly duckling and I am the most blessed one meant to break the generational curses and with much virtues and most attractive in my family. Pile 3: maybe I wouldn't have all of these problems if I wasn't subjected to witnessing domestic abuse between my parents, verbal abuse from my parents, being physically "disciplined" (which doesn't work btw) etc. I was also molested by two grown men as a child. I also have adhd and asperger's. My family (especially my parents) will never understand what I go through, I've thought about suicide many times.

I don't tell things about my life because they will use it as ammunition. Every time I have tried to have a serious conversation about my problems they tell me to go to a psychologist but I have to be always there to listen to everyone's problems. They are manipulative and narcissistic. They don't want me to be independent because I'm a great caretaker. They just want me to served them while treating me like a burden. Life would have been different to me if I had no complex PTSD due to my mother's and my siblings scapegoating but they can't ever self reflect. They said I started their game with poor cards but I don't know how to play. I just don't like games. I dissociate as a way to protect my brain and they can't ever celebrate whatever good happens to me. Stay away or protect yourself: ocd, ADHD, CPTSD don't come out of the blue and it's unbelievable how much they can believe their own lies.

Pile 3: My siblings are toxic: project their insecurities on me, spread lies and gossip, constantly put me down, treat me like I'm something to joke about, can never be happy for my small successes in life, they always bring up my past, they never believe me and act as if my opinions are insignificant, and they think they are better than me. Their behavior is disgusting. So I've turned my back on them. They dont deserve to know what's going on with me. If they don't get it now, they never will.
