I was lucky having an Iranian souschef. She was from Bandar Abbas. I've learned to cook a handfull of Iranian dishes and got to know the Persian cuisine and mentality. So long since I visited Tajrish market- my parents in law lived in Darakeh until they passed away a few years ago now. How much it has changed, but still delicious kebabs. Thank you for bringing back memories of a beautiful country and beautiful people and culture.

کارتون حرف نداره،پرس برنجتون هم درسته و کم نمی گذارید،فقط کوبیده ها را یک کم زودتر بردارید که آبدار تر بشه،خیلی خشک به نظر میاد و یک کمی سوخته روش
