The postal vote should be withdrawn from the general population and returned to its origins, i.e. for those who will be out of the country on polling day and the housebound. Labour would then have less to worry about regarding appeasement of certain sections of the population.
DRIVER HAVING AN EPILEPTIC FIT Having a fit, (commonly known as a seizure), whilst driving can happen to anyone.......AND.......there will always be a first time for something like this to occur. Since the police / prosecution authorities accepted there was no case to answer due to the driver having the Epileptic Fit, we have to ask what the medical evidence was, as a contritutory factor, in this decision...? Driving Licences are invariably suspended by the DVLA when a driver suffers an Epileptic Fit...........or is suspected of having one. The driver will be required to be examined by a doctor, and indeed, the driver themselves can appeal the suspension of their licence. Following any such suspension of their licence, the driver has to be medically examined, and to have been completely free of seizures for one year, whether prescribed Anti Seizure Medication, (ASM) or not, before applying for the restoration of their licence back to them. The question to ask is did the DVLA suspend Clare Freemantle's Driving Licence following the accident at the school.........? In addition, we need to ask if her licence was suspended has it been restored to her because she has not suffered any further seizures.......? She may have suffered an 'Awake' seizure where she did not lose consciousness..... James Hennighan Yorkshire, England P.S. The Epilepsy Society has some excellent and definitive material on Driving & Seizures.
It's not only 2 tier policing but 2 tier justice as well
..AND 2-tier employment.
