    READ FIRST: If using only your left nostril is too difficult, use both nostrils for this exercise. And if your nose is blocked, use your mouth. There’s no right way, listen to your body and enjoy 🙏🏼

      Nose blocked? drink bone broth with seaweed. you need the animal oil and nutrient for your respiratory system

    Thank you for your help. I have had anxiety since I was a child . Started meditating and prayer along with your breathing exercises and my anxiety is almost gone! I consider this a miracle. I wish I had known this when I was a practicing nurse I could have helped so many. God bless you and your work.

    Good morning, I was diagnosed with Pots syndrome 6 months ago. At first, when I found this breathing exercise video i was doing the exercises beacuse i was told i had anxiety. The breathing alone got me a long way with my POTS symptoms without me realizing it. I wish i could do this breathing exercises all day long to keep my nervous system relax, thank you so much for sharing this video with those of us that need it the most 🙏

    Beautiful!!! I do these everyday and also use it after my workouts to relax my body 🥰🫶🏼 I don’t know but since I do them like for a month or so, my breathing became better and also during cardio I’m NEVER out of breath! Once I heard „ Breathing is Healing“ in my Mind while doing it and it became my Statement ❤️much love to you all, may we all remember to breath and heal 🫶🏼🫶🏼✨

    Thanks for this great yogic exercise. I have done it for 1 week and find it very relaxing and helps me to sleep more deeply and easier to get back to sleep in the middle of the night when I wake up to do a number 1.

    Learned square breathing and 4/7/8 as a kid from a teacher (I was that nervous kid lol). I’ve used it my whole life and taught it to my own kids! Great technique Sandy! Love the square animation as well. Blessings ❤

    Thanks for this video Sandy. You save me from my first anxiety attack in many years. Although in the midst of it I noticed that my left nostril is feeling blocked and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the anxiety itself.

    Calming. Two notes. I like how you kept counting out loud on this one rather than stopping after the first few like your other videos. Also, were you comfortable sitting on that rock? Lol it looks like a difficult position! Oh third note, as always, great music.
