In a few videos on RUclips Rica Wax tin was kept directly in the heaters...But you took out small portion of wax and kept it in the wax heater... Can you guide which method is most correct or both are correct?Thanks

I also order same one, yesterday I got but it takes more than 40 min to Melt wax, I think I got defected one, should I return it ?

@@somyashrivastava6922 did you keep it on max temperature? it should not take more then 20 min max. You can return it if you want.
