The green was yeah, but I went with a dark and normal green because it's a unusual color scheme but I think it looks good.

Saskatchewan also used the same colors as the Rough Riders, the way all Pittsburgh teams are black and gold: Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers
CANuckFan if Saskatchewan had an NHL team with the same colours as the roughriders than we wouldn’t just wear green cause of them and I would probably get a lot of hate for wearing my Pittsburgh Penguins jersey nearly everyday

Love the art. Love the concept. Just needs an arena. The O's and the Raven's might not like the idea of a third major sports team in the region, and because of it's high African American population, it might not be a draw... But if there were three markets I would love to see in the league... Baltimore, Huntsville, and Houston. I really hate the idea of a Seattle NHL hockey team.

It's actually pretty clever since most sports teams don't really seem to see Purple as an appropriate team colour, it's actually kinda underrated to be honest.

10:20... Neil, that's our state flag. Both the Ravens and Orioles and nearly every semi-pro team in Maryland has a representation of our flag. It's almost a sin to not have a patch of some kind anywhere.

My favorite was the NY Pigeons. Maybe it's because I'm from NY idk. But when I saw the city behind the bird my heart melted. It was such an amazing logo!

On the steemers logo, the checkerboard design is on the Maryland flag, and also on the logo the md are the initials of Maryland
You guys should do another team contest soon! Maybe even a relocation contest where we choose a team who needs to relocate, no Penguins or Canadiens, and create a new team!

My team would have been the Seattle Aviators. Origionly would be grey- blue (because that is the colour a pilot would wear) but I realized that it was too similar too vancouver. So instead I chose a brown- green army colour scheme... then I forgot to save it too my computer and... It it was GONE!

The SK primary and secondary logos combined with the colors are all spot on.
The Houston Aeros was the best team idea by far. The reasoning behind the use of purple as the team color was genius. The 1st thing that jumped out at me about the plane logo was the H in the cockpit. I also loved a couple of the semifinalists. The Atlanta Peach Kings and the space cowboys. The space cowboys would have been better had it been named the Houston Space Cowboys. Houston's known for NASA and cowboy are uniquely texas. Really good contest overall.

The Stockholm Wildcats also has Djurgården (who are based out of Stockholm as you know) colors on the jersey: Yellow, red and blue.
All the Jets in this video are part of the 3rd logo of the Winnipeg Jets go search for it on the internet
Ob Ra I don't think the Creator of the Areos logo was intending on copying anything. I think the logo references the state, pays homage the Areos of the AHL, and the from the looks of it, pays respect to the US Air Force, and the "H" is cleverly placed. I loved the logo and thought it was the most well thought out design in the competition.

The Saskatchewan logo is very similar to another logo made on the internet. Just search deer sports logo in google and you will see

My top 3:
1. Saskatchewan Whitetails - That third jersey is so beautiful, and the team colours look great! The logos are also really nice.
2. Regina Railers - This is probably my #1 main logo of the whole contest. The font is also super nice. Not really a fan of the alternate logo though.
3. Kansas City Jazz - That logo is really nice and looks great on the jersey.
The Houston Aeros one that won is a little too purple for me. I like purple, but I think it could’ve used another colour as well, or have more different shades of purple.

I love that Zia symbol (which is the state symbol for New Mexico) on The Albuquerque Breaking Bad logo!
I think the upper peninsula of Michigan deserves an NHL team, especially with all the hockey players they have up there.
Wow! My favorite had to be the New Orleans Black Magic! It was amazing and looked so cool! I am going to be Dr. Facilier from Princess and the Frog for Halloween and this is so close to what he resembles!

Kinda agree with what you said about Minnesota getting another team. As a die hard wild fan I know that I would still be a fan of the wild. And I don’t know if many other fans would want to leave the wild.
at 27:10 , Stockholm Huskies, the away jerseys has Finlands flag and the alternate is the flag of Östergötland (Östergötland is kind of like a "state" in Sweden). I'm from Sweden so thats why i reacted to it. It is very well done other from that :D

I made a team called the Seattle serpents and I designed a logo, 2 alternate logos, a woodmark logo, and a home, away, and an alternate jersey. Really wish I could of submitted it

That first husky logo is an identical copy of the Toronto Huskies from Madden Relocation.
I know this is super late but the viper at 7:32 is a direct copy of the Dodge Viper logo from the Early 2000’s

Any logo with a fighter jet in it I wouldn't see being used by an organization due to the Jets current logo.
I would think any organizations want their own idenity/uniqueness.
