This series of videos is great and very informative but the intricacy of this game makes me tired. I really regret buying it because I will probably never get into it. I wish it were a boxed game on a DVD (like in the old days) so I could sell it to someone who'd appreciate it. I bought it sight unseen because I liked the tactical combat but had no idea how complicated it is. Everything affects everything else, and everything depends on everything else. Even the tooltips are information overload. One needs a PhD. in this game to 'play' it. But 'play' here is more of an ordeal than a hated real-life job (for me). Seems like this game is intentionally complicated. Yes it is deep, but even simple games can be deep. Sorry for the rant. I realize it is a great game for many others.
@@noreplieshere There are still plenty of games out there that fit what you want. You might not like it, but I and many others do, so... /shrug. It is what it is.
Thank you this game is so confusing but thank you for clearing it up bud
The max range for a single unit is 15 hexes by the way
Any tips to help with over population?
Wait what
Food has nothing to do with troop upkeep, yo
Agreed. I caught that error too. The food upkeep is based on the population of that city. Troop upkeep is only energy.
