Cleveland & Joe in Aftermath are confirmed to be dead. Corpses reanimated by The Darkness. So, you could argue that Cleveland is stiff because… well, he’s not moving. The Darkness is just throwing his corpse around.

@@fnf_n00b61 Quagmire is alive. He was protected from the plane crash by The Darkness, and the was the one who killed Cleveland & Joe. If he didn’t kill them, they'd still be survivors, but Joe wouldn’t be able to move because his wheelchair was destroyed in the crash.
