Since I’ve changed my life not only have I gotten a job working as a medical assistant but I have changed my life and have finally reached my goal of losing over 250 pounds I use to be 480 but now I am 260 looking better than ever and feeling absolutely wonderful. Please continue to teach us the Bible and sing the word as psalms says “make a joyful noise all ye land and serve the Lord with gladness and come before his with singing and his courts with praise” ❤️❤️❤️❤️
