As Mr Gruner states, Japanese Gardens do have a positive effect on one’s inner calm. It is a transcendental setting that everyone can use to soothe anxiety, stress and is well-suited for meditation or simply relaxation. It one takes their time while exploring, there are surprises waiting, hidden from view, only to reveal themselves in the next step. It seems to take me to a place in old Japan as I imagine myself transported to that place and time. Breathe it in, exhale any concerns and soak up raw beauty.

This video was a advertisement. It showed nothing about pruning pines. Simply a waste of time.

25 minutes of waffling on before any actual pruning takes place. I get you need to pass on some info and background but 25 minutes, really? 🙄🥱
