I've just finished making this last night! I came across this new upload when I tried to find the original no-bake mango cheesecake recipe from HidaMari. both are excellent and delicious (although I must know how HidaMari makes their mixtures so smooth every time!) this recipe uses slightly different ingredients and is more simple than the first recipe, specifically in the making of the cake portion. there are no longer two distinct layers of cheesecake in this version, rather, just a single layer of cheesecake. so there's less waiting for each layer to cool. ;-) I recommend crushing your own Graham crackers as the store-bought crumbs tend to be too fine and therefore don't hold their shape as well when turned into crust. also, I couldn't find sheet gelatin, so I just used plain gelatin powder, which ended up clumping quite a bit for the mango jelly layer. one may need to thin the gelatin mixture out using more hot water + puree for that part, which was just fine for me as I found the mango jelly layer a bit too firm in the original recipe anyway. enjoy!

Made this today, the cake is lightly sweet which is perfect (i dont like super sweet cake!). The cake is airy and melting in your mouth. My family loved it from the first bite. I will definitely remake this in the future.

I had a 18cm mold and multiplied everything by 1,2 and I found the biscuit layer + the Mango purée layer on top a bit too thin so I'll probably make more next time. The cheesecake was soo good and my friends even asked for the recipe!
