What does this mean for us since we are primarily a LoL stream?
It means if these change go through, which they probably will considering the people that balance the game are clueless, i'll probably perma switch to Zerg and re-engage the Zerg to GM challenge

yep, that's pretty accurate. But it's worse in regards to SC2 because it's a small set of pros that if some Zerg pro thinks something is too good they try to get it nerfed for the thousands of people that play the game.
Heromarine made a good point about the liberator nerf, he said that change was intended to nerf clem specifically lmao

Avilo always be memeing, but your points make a lot of sense, and it seems like a lot of these changes were nerfs to specific "Players". Also back in 2011 I use to take lessons from you :D

I think my 2 biggest problems with the changes are, While I can see the Lib range nerf being good for a more diverse map pool, the upgrade cost should be lower. I am also fine with all the widow mine changes other than the aoe nerf, as that one actually has quite a lot of implications against banelings.
The alert for burrowing in sight I think is inconsequential on a pro level, they have such good minimap awareness that they in 99% of the time see the medivac on the minimap anyways.
I do think it is fine to actually do things like this for the metal leagues.
In a way I like the armory->drilling claws change as it pushes terran mech into a slightly better space, since for bio you usually have 1 reactored factory and its hard to get techlab time onto it.

Zerg needs to be nerfed, every zerg caster is just op as fck. Parasitic bomb, abduct, blinding cloud, fungal, neural parasite all insta kill abilities. Terran has what? Ghost snipes? Nuke? Protoss just hasn't have any of them. Mamaship is a freaking meme in the game etc.
If you play Protoss , just use blink Stalkers, be like M.C. He proved that even moronic midwits with good mechanics can win with Protoss.

When was it in its prime? WoL? No way. Everyone just turtled on 1-2 bases or did all-ins. HoTS? Definitely not. Swarm host infestor was a nightmare I'd honestly say that balance wise it's pretty great right now. I don't really like this particular patch though... Buffing cyclone is nuts and removing the counter play of destroying armories to expose invisible widow mines.. craziness tbh
Still the best GAME out there. Besides, I'm waiting for SC3.
They should just revert everything to WOL or HOTS and remove smarhost damn that would be great, but they removed WOL/HOTS ladder morons...
I like how the only good change he sees is the one that benefits terran. Have avilo ever supported a terran nerf? Avilo does make a lot of sense though. I agree that terran is the hardest race to play

This game has been a joke for a long time. I stopped playing and watching SC2 content for a year and my life dramatically improved. I came back to GSL prize money being $1 and the talking heads with 'Blizzard' tattooed on their heart claiming that stormgate is going to restore balance to the force and also scrub the floors with hot wax.
The Clown Council is what everyone deserves. It's worse than zerg bias, these are individuals whose subjective opinion of how the game should be played alters the game. I have to say that I find all the major youtubers and casters - Pig, Winter, Lowko, Artosis to be incredibly toxic and weak people who in some cases have taken classes in how to be less toxic and weak and then talk about them on-air in the ever more degrading quest for content.
