It sounded pretty great in person..... Idk what it is about Deftones shows, they sound great live and kinda bad recorded sometimes.... I guess you have to experience the performance yourself to really get into it .
There's also this to consider : Chino's vocals were really fucked at the time that he made this song, so his vocals were heavily fucked with in the studio. It's clearly very hard for him to perform certain parts in this particular song.
