They haven't directly said "this is about Moonbin" but I believe they are trying to make it as clear as they can without having to explicitly talk about it and potentially have a difficult time. There's a pretty careful balance between sharing your grief publicly [especially since you are a celebrity and the person who passed is one too] and keeping things private too. In korean, 모자 means hat, but 모자람 means 'lack'. I'm upset that the channel owner translated weirdly. Uploading video is also important, but I hope don't focus on just uploading quickly.. I'm sorry if my words sounded aggressive. I was just sad that many people, including you, didn't know the meaning of the lyrics properly.
