Zemo seems to know his limits. He only annoyed Bucky once with the name in the notebook but besides that I think he is somehow respectful to Bucky (And also to Sam).

In some way Zemo respects him and that is why he calls him James. The others respect him to but it isn’t like a respect for him it’s respect for what he does. Zemo also knows his limits with him and knows he should limit his wrongs so his rights look bigger, but Sam only really knows him as Bucky and it probably doesn’t bother James that much since he still has them calling him that
And then why are you guys calling him Bucky?! Show some respect

Zemo was the best part of the episode. He stole the entire show with that dancing. Not to mention how amazing he looks in that coat. I went from hating him in civil war to falling completely in love with him in a single episode

Everyone is saying that the Wakandans are going to punish Bucky but I'm pretty sure he knew that they were going to find out about Zemo, and that this was part of the plan because he knew that after he was done using Zemo for his plans he'll need to find away to make Zemo go back to jail. So I'm pretty sure this was part of his plan.

Also, they could make Bucky one of the characters (he could be the White Wolf) in that movie too since he's involved with Zemo. Man this ep is by far my favorite, i love when they have to infiltrate themselves. But i have to say something, i felt so bad for Bucky when he had to play the winter soldier part again and Sam was so worried for him, like you can clearly see that, specially when he touched him trying to see if he was okay and then asked if he was okay. That killed me.
Also, Sam being worried in the plan an Bucky asking if he was okay. They really check on each other every minute and i live for that, i can’t stop saying that they are my favorite friendship ever and I hope nothing bad happens to any of them and that they continue being besties after the show ends and the whole “Co-workers” becomes “Besties”.
