Hi Amanda here is another very quick and easy meal you can adapt from oven to instapot, this really isnt a recipe that you have to measure ingredients. This is another form of APRICOT CHICKEN, instead of using canned apricots i use a L of apricot nectar, chicken cut into pieces, a packet of Maggi or what ever brand you like of french onion soup powder, or plain onion soup powder, you mix the soup and apricot nectar till well blended, pour that over the chicken stir to coat the chicken, and then if you want which i do is add as many sliced mushrooms and sliced peppers that you want. I cook it in the oven on low to medium for about 2 hrs or until cooked, you might need to add a little more liquid if needed if cooking in an oven. COOKING IN THE OVEN I DONT NEED TO BROWN THE CHICKEN FIRST, BUT IN AN INSTAPOT YOU JUST MIGHT ALSO I USE SOMETIMES LITTLE BUTTON MUSHROOMS, Salt and pepper to taste while cooking. This dish is just so delicious its a real winner, Side dish of rice goes well with this or creamy mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Hope you try this dish.🍜🥣

Wow what an amazing supermum, I can't help thinking that if that was my life everyday it would be too much! I'm thinking the children are getting older, I'm thinking rota for 1 day a week they can each clean / cook 1 meal. So you get some rest and down time for yourself a few hours a day. It looks like you don't stop all day. When I look after my 2 nieces for 2 days I feel exhausted and need a long break before I can do it again. I really don't know how you do it.
