The cost of living crisis is caused by Putin fighting Ukraine, and there will still be a cost of living crisis until the war ends.
The 2.5 Billion isn't just straight cash, it's also the estimated cost of the military vehicles (who were sitting in warehouses going unused most of the time) and the ammunition sent. Both of these things are being manufactured in your country and with the demand for these things currently with the war, this helps your country's economy because of supply and demand.
