Not sure why it's so trendy to complain about every game ever. This honestly looks wonderful. Sure it's explosive and wild. Presumably that's just the direction they're wanting to head with the black ops series. Cold War coming out won't take away modern warfare. If you preferred Mw's grounded gameplay you can still play Mw. No need to complain about every game. Looks like alot of effort was put in to Cold War and it looks like it's gonna be a wonderful game.
I played the campaign. I thought it was incredible. Top 3 of all time for me behind bo1 and cod 4

I hate it because this a direct sequel to Black Ops so it should go to James C Burns. If it was a soft reboot like MW2019 then this guy would be perfect. I think we will get used to this actor bc after playing MW2019 a few times I really lke Prices new voice actor as well.

He knew at some part he can have a both soft but kinda deep voice meanwhile the new voice actor thinks you have to be making voice cracks every second of dialogue. He uses too much deep voice that it makes woods sound like a heavy metal singer.

This is quite normal Call of Duty singleplayer gameplay at this point. It's why people hated "modern military shooters" during the last console generation.
Or like a Senior Level Designer I know once referred to it as: "Sausage levels". Cuz the levels are long, skinny and are more about the publisher showing off their 'meat' than creating fun experiences for the players.

Aidan Cole my comment isn’t very complicated. In video games, you have interactive gameplay that you control and cinematic cutscenes where you have no control and just watch what happens. This trailer lacks interactive gameplay as it is literally 90% cutscenes. Again, you should have been able to figure out what I was saying from my original comment.

Ever since MW2, they've never been able to fix the sound of the guns firing. They sound like intermittent farts and all guns sound similar. MW2 the guns didn't sound suppressed, there was this unrestricted airboom to each shot and each weapon had a unique sound.

Really, I don't see much, if any, improvement. For a company that develops "triple A games" they keep releasing intros and trailers that I nod off to less than halfway through the video. The knife to the neck, followed by the pistol to the face, was such a face palm moment. In fact, the whole video was like a joke that they attempted to pass off as serious... whatever floats your boat i guess.

There was no infantry fighting in the cold war at all actually. So the game is inaccurate tbh. But its an interesting thought.

And even if they existed, they should've used other ones, to give the game a more pronounced cold war feeling.
