15959 Howrah Jn (HWH) - Dibrugarh (DBRG) "Kamrup Express" after departing from New Jalpaiguri. The was delayed by around 4-5hrs (Because of the kanchenjungha express accident). WAP-7 from Itarsi (ET) WAP7 was in charge.
