The song actually is the theme song of the Japanese drama 'Silent', which describes a love (?)story between a couple. Two high school students fell in love with each other cuz they both interested in music. Their relationship got deeper and deeper, but one day the boy break-up with the girl no reason and he disappeared. 8y later the girl achieved her dream working at a large CD music store. Oneday she happens to see the boy and wants to talk to him, but then she find out that he has almost lost his hearing. The song hits harder after watching the drama : ) recommend you to watch it. @@cdl209 yes,and recently he got more opportunities to play male lead in jdrama. Except from silent, there's a BL drama called 'Vanishing My First Love' has already aired, he is playing the male lead as well. But i think the manga is more interesting than the drama ( the second director must have sth wrong). If you not interested in BL, then there will be a movie named 'My Happy Marrige' (わたしの幸せな結婚) scheduled 2023 in spring.
