The dining room can be slow. I was just on the Carnival Miracle and unfortunately they were short staffed and the main dining was slow and the prime rib was slow, but I really enjoyed the brisket and chicken cordon bleu, those were good. I also like having breakfast in the main dining room because I can get eggs benedict and the eggs are runny. I am booked on the Radiance again in November, it will be interesting to see if they can get some more staff and the service speeds up.
John, the food was good other than the tough calamari. I enjoyed the show and wait staff. We found that the food at the buffet was very close to the main dinning menu. I will put out a vid showing the the similarity for the food served. The eggs Benedict at the buffet was right on and delicious. Thnx for the comment, we are heading on the Panorama March 25, should be fun.

That pina colada really did taste like it came out of a slurpee machine. It wasn't even a blended drink.
