I'm glad to see that clown is becoming more comfortable in his videos. He went from whispering to being a fun but menacing person glad to have been around to see the progression keep up the grind Mr peirce

I love how SB is always tryharding his way to try and kill Clown, while Clown's just chilling and having a good time finding different ways to make an escape
As additional evidence, Clownpierce had turned around as said by SB in order to 'crit' him. This as it is, can be seen as a reflex by Clownpierce, and in his most literal defence he had put up his shield with the intent to defend himself. Rather than taking damage with his back turned.
From SB's perspective, he takes damage from the enderpearl, which he heals instantly, he takes damage from Clownpierce's singular 'crit' and heals FULLY. In this court session, SB confidently suggests that he had to wait & eat to heal himself, but as said and seen he had full health.
The 'crit' had only caused a minor inconvenience, which in the following quarrel had been insignificant, as SB did not yet throw a second enderpearl to give chase to Clownpierce.
With Clownpierce's enderpearl already thrown and soon landing, the slight decrease in saturation had no effect.
The damage to SB's armour was still in no effect, as of the fact that Clownpierce could not damage SB further, and that any further damage was caused by SB himself and only SB.

As a pvper myself i can confirm when you get scared you just act on instinct and crit, sometimes I have started attacking someone before even realizing who they were in game

I love how playful Clown is with his cobwebs. They were so perfectly placed and he was literally testing SB with the cons on the side of the sunflowers

To begin my defence, I am going to turn to 13:00 . As you can see, when negotiating the terms of their deal, clown jumps multiple times, suggesting multiple crits. The singular reflex crit made by clown does not envoke the clause created when the defensant says, and I quote: "Yeah, if I actually try critting you out".
To find further evidence of this, we must define "to crit" and "to crit out".
Critical Hit: In melee combat, a critical hit occurs when a player attacks an entity while falling, including while coming down from a jump, but not while jumping up.
To Crit Out: "In the game 'Minecraft' a staple of melee combat is 'Critting Out'. Critting Out is the act of a player landinf multiple consecutive critical hits on an opponent (most frequently in an attempt to end their life)
As pointed out by my client, the singular Critical Hit used by Clown was not against any rules, due to the fact that as we know, one crit is not critting out.

SB mentioning that the crit slowed him down by using hunger and surprising him can also be seen as a defense for him. The crit was defensive allowing him time to escape when he could have continued to fight to kill. 👌

If you listen to the 'honour' rules sb says to mini before court (8:32), if a player attacks that voids any honour agreement and you can defend yourself.
even if he lost the two lives he would still win and it would allow him to go after sb so it wouldnt really make a difference and then clown could just do quests to get back to ten

So fun fact, in class, my teacher asked us about debates. So I asked the teacher if we could do ClownPierces court case.
When I showed her the video, the whole class immediately knew what to do! Half the class took SBs side, the other took Clowns. I was on Clowns and through the videos we decided that ClownPierce isn’t guilty.
So moral of the story, clowns got an effect, even in schools 😂

Yes Clown did crit Sb737 but it's a reasonably reflex for pvper. Also if Clown did have the intent to kill why didn't he pop strength or why did he pearl away.
Now in Sb737's testimony he claims that the crit made him slow down and have to regenerate and it lowered his armor durability. Clown's crit did half a heart of damage which was quickly regenerated. The armor's durability *does not* take affect here because Clown did not attack him after that. Not only that, his armor didn't come close to breaking. Plus the knockback from the crit doesn't take affect because he could have just pearled to keep up with clown.
The only thing that hindered Sb737 in catching Clown was himself. He didn't think clearly. He should've pearled after Clown but no in the clip all he does is jump back in forth. While yes the crit was out of the blue and surprising instead of doing nothing he could've tried chasing Clown down and talking about it then. Instead Sb737 just did nothing and that was *his* choice.
Clown should not be punished for Sb737's actions. Therefore Clown is *not* guilty.
