Now back to the girl, as I said the girl randomly dives in to the sea going to the same direction as the water city, so it's that she must be a mermaid also. The thing you said about the surgery and tax, she also must have spent all her money on Sergery to remove her tail. In one of the class of the school if you talk to the correct student that is friends with the girl than it means that he was the one that recommended to get the Sergery. Because if you talk to him at the first talk you see a talk message that has never been seen before. "Why did you recommend to give the Sergery? That's bcuz your settings is on fun mode. Which is why u have toy weapons. Try setting it to normal, u can change this at game settings
